I’m often shocked at how many companies – across all markets – don’t respond to requests for more information. Trying to get the details needed to spend your money on a product can be like pulling teeth, and this sadly includes mental health practice management software.

Our team works diligently to respond to all requests, whether it be answering questions during the initial Sales process; providing extensive Training; offering live Support to all customers; or responding to client needs mid-flight. We release an update about three times a year, and almost every new piece of functionality comes directly from client appraisals. We carefully consider the responses to customer surveys and direct feedback, and mold both our product and services based on user needs.
