Welcoming the New Year with Some New Features!

Happy New Year! We’ve got a killer 2016 ahead, with tons of new features coming out this year to make PIMSY even more powerful and intuitive.

Role-Driven Mental Health EHR
PIMSY is a powerful, enterprise-level mental health EHR. This means that it’s a Practice Management Suite software, with all the bells & whistles of an expensive program. However, PIMSY’s not expensive – it’s affordable – and we have practices of all sizes using it.
In order to help make PIMSY efficient for agencies of all sizes, it’s role-driven: ie, billers see only what pertains to them. Providers and front desk only have access to the data that they’re approved to see. This ensures that PIMSY users aren’t tackling the whole powerful kit and caboodle: they’re only accessing the slice that they need.
While PIMSY has always been role-driven, we’ve just launched the at-a-glance Dashboard, helping make things even more efficient. It provides a quick synopsis of information related to the day’s activities (sessions), progress & assessment notes, renewals, alerts, and more.
The Dashboard opens automatically when your staff member logs into PIMSY and stays hidden at the bottom of the main page if not in use. From it, users have access to:
Notes – to create a new progress or assessment note – or view the last session note for the selected client.
Client – to open the selected client’s full electronic chart.
Calendar – to easily access the user’s Calendar
Refresh – to ensure that all data viewed is up-to-date as your practice data changes throughout the day.
Blue – White – Green
Blue tiles show client information: diagnosis, labs, renewals (ie, “we need an updated consent for treatment”), demographics, and more.
White tiles relay Admin / Biller items: data about the daily activities of the organization, such as pie charts for productivity & billing, appointment statuses (ie, “how many no-shows today?”), and more.
Green tiles pertain to Staff member / PIMSY users: upcoming renewals (“CEUs are due” or “insurance card needs updating”), new alerts (“your client is in the waiting room, ready for their session”), notes that need to be completed, and more.
