Meaningful Use

As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), the federal government launched the HITECH program, which provided stimulus incentive funds for demonstrating Meaningful Use of certified EHR (electronic health records). Under this program, Eligible Professionals (EPs) may have qualified for up to $44,000+ in incentive funds. 

MIPS / PQRS / MACRA

In 2017, the MIPS program brought 3 pre-existing programs together: Meaningful Use (MU), the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), and the Physician Value-based Payment Modifier System. These are under the umbrella of MACRA QPP: Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act Quality Payment Program. Click here for program details.

2015 Edition Certification

PIMSY is in the process of becoming 2015 Edition certified by the Drummond Group, qualifying it for participation in MIPS / MACRA ongoing. We plan to be complete by October 2020.
