Efficiently Integrated Into One Screen

We’ve been told that some of the other mental health EHRs on the market don’t link notes to the treatment plan!? That seems incredibly inefficient, and is a great reminder that – with PIMSY – we try to keep anything that clinicians need at their fingertips, integrated into the client record and on one screen whenever possible.
Active Goals from the Treatment Plan
In PIMSY, the active goals from the client’s treatment plan are available – on every progress note – for a clinician to specify which goals they worked on in each session. There’s no copying and pasting or navigating to other screens: it’s all integrated into the main note screen.
You can choose any other items that you want to pull into the note via our customized charting options (“Q&A”). You simply create the tracking template of your choice (patient questionnaire, clinician assessment, etc) in PIMSY, and then seamlessly pop your desired documentation into each note with one button click. You can even have your clients complete items remotely via the patient portal and pull those directly into the note!
PIMSY manages authorizations for you, and prevents denials and bill backs by integrating authorizations with the notes. When you start a session note, if an authorization has expired or been used up, those CPT codes won’t show as available on the note: it literally won’t let you bill for an invalid authorization!
Additionally, PIMSY shows you (on each note) how many units are remaining for each authorization that is available on the client. It can even send you alerts when the units are low – or when they’re getting ready to expire.
Medication Management and More
So far, we’ve been discussing the progress note, but PIMSY’s extensive assessment note gives you access to even more of the client’s chart, including medication management and ePrescribing, client vitals, add-on codes, addendums, and more. You can have as many different types of assessment notes as you want for the various programs your agency offers.
