Synchronize Staff Documents
With PIMSY, your employees can keep track of all of their important documents in one place, electronically: a copy of their resume, their electronic signature (which can be easily added to notes when signing off), work-pertinent insurance documents, etc.
Get Alerted of Necessary Staff Renewals
PIMSY can send you alert notifications about employee renewals, such as when your team members need to renew their professional licensures, certifications like CPR, insurance status – any renewals you need to have fulfilled. PIMSY even gives you control over the alerts, so you can decide when and how often to be notified about upcoming cut-off dates.
Give your employees access to their own personal hub, where they can upload documents, check upcoming renewals, and see their own personnel files.
