New Location, Same Home Base!

PIMSY mental health practice management software has moved offices!We’ve had some big changes this past summer, one being that we moved our office to a new location! A huge endeavor, to be sure, but so well worth it! We’re now located in an old historic B+B. We’re still in downtown Waynesville, in the heart of the North Carolina Smoky Mountains, and the new space is just gorgeous!

There are three floors, tons of architectural detail, close to the historic downtown of Waynesville and best of all, a beautiful wrap-around porch with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge mountains. We’re working harder than ever to improve and refine PIMSY – but it’s certainly easier to stay inspired when you can step outside with the laptop and see this while you’re working:

Being inspired by this new location makes us ready to jump back in fresh and recharged. We just released a massive update, full of enhancements for PIMSY mental + behavioral health care EHR. Clinicians can now pull up a 16+ page electronic assessment in 2-3 seconds!, and the entire system is much faster.

We’ve also revamped our installation protocol: no more click-once process! New clients are now able to be up + running on PIMSY in half the time (or less) than before. These are just two of the changes in this recent update; we’ll share more details next week.
