It's Not Shoes
When selling a one-time purchase product, like shoes, you're usually not building a relationship with your customer. Sure, they might have a problem with the item and return it - or love it and buy more product - positive or negative situations that ripple out into a type of relationship. But you're not usually communicating with them long-term.
Customer feedback, of course, drives most markets; but there's a huge difference between a one-time purchase and an ongoing relationship purchase. Some mental health EMRs are a one-stop shop: you buy the program, you use it, and you never again interact with the vendor it was purchased from.

We are accountable and have to get back in sync with the practice.
For this reason, we let agencies know upfront if we can or can't fulfill a request. If we're not the best match, we recommend other systems that might be a better fit for the practice. We're transparent about PIMSY's strengths and weaknesses and don't try to be all things to all people. A hasty deal close isn't what we're after; we want to be a good fit with every one of our customers.
