Build the list once. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whatever your site uses. Attach it to frequency, to who provides support, or to any field that should match across the chart.
Staff can still type when the list misses a real answer. You set that on the field. Each site controls the options.
Paging is optional. Turn it on for a long intake or assessment. A short form stays on one screen.
Turn paging on when the form is an intake packet or an assessment. The clinician moves one page at a time.
A justification, a header, or a handful of questions stays on one screen.
Paging stays off until you turn it on for that form.
