02/17/2026 – The desktop, portal, and client applications experienced access issues, starting at approximately 7:49p ET as a result of an outage with Microsoft Azure. Engineers immediately began to work on the issue and restored full system access by 8.21p ET.

02/02/2026 – The portal application and client portals experienced access issues, starting at approximately 2:16p ET. Engineers immediately prioritized working on the issue and resolved all system access issues, restoring full access by 2:31p ET.
