Tags offer an easy, at-a-glance snapshot of a client’s status. Need an informative note for a specific detail or situation? Does your client use preferred pronouns? Have an outstanding billing invoice? Is only able to be scheduled for Tuesday appointments? No problem. You can create tags and categorize them to meet your agency’s needs.
Tags are not restricted to client-only tracking: they can be attached to a User too. Items such as specialty, age range, or gender preference; W2 v/s 1099; etc., can be tagged and grouped in reporting & scheduling.
