PIMSY is Not After a Quick Sale

While customer feedback drives most markets, there’s a huge difference between a one-time acquisition and a contract purchase. Some mental health EHRs are a one-stop shop: you buy the program, use it, and never interact with the vendor again. This is fine for systems designed for a singular clinician or small practice.Not so fast: PIMSY EHR isn't looking for a quick sale!

If you only need note tracking and other basic functions, a quick sale is usually all that’s needed. However, you’ll want to have an ongoing relationship with the EHR vendor for enterprise-level systems designed for larger agencies.

That’s why PIMSY is not after a quick sale, operating under the “not so fast” protocol. We understand that your success as an agency can be contingent on our team being available, responsive, and nimble with resolutions to your challenges. We have an ongoing relationship with our customers and know their names, specialties, agency challenges, and short- and long-term goals.

A Quick Sale Doesn’t Benefit Us

Making a quick sale hurts us far more than it benefits us! Because the PIMSY Team has to answer to our customers during implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support – if we make a quick sale with a facility that’s not a good fit, we end up with more work.

For this reason, we let agencies know upfront if we can or can’t fulfill a request. If we’re not the best match, we recommend other systems that might better fit their needs. We’re transparent about PIMSY’s strengths and weaknesses and don’t try to be all things to all people. A hasty deal close isn’t what we’re after; we want to be a good fit with every one of our customers.

PIMSY EHR Grows With You

Although we endorse the “not so fast” philosophy regarding sales, we’re always moving on the development front. PIMSY is constantly evolving based on the feedback of our customers. We offer complimentary updates (with new features and capabilities) about once a month, and these enhancements come directly from our customers’ recommendations & requests.

PIMSY was initially created to meet the needs of a school-based mental health agency. It’s grown to encompass a variety of niche behavioral health markets, including substance use & addiction, ABA, adoption services, inpatient & IOP, and much more. Every time we get a customer in a new state (or specialty), the system evolves to help you serve your clients more efficiently and effectively.

Additionally, agencies can seamlessly move among functionality tiers as their needs change. For example, you might start on PIMSY Prime but transition to Professional or Platinum over time. The beauty of this is that you don’t have to change systems every time your agency experiences a growth spurt (or a downsize).
